Patrice Rusu RN, FNP-S, CLT, CLO,
Aesthetic Nurse + Co-Founder
Patrice is a registered nurse and a proud graduate of Regis College. She is continuing her healthcare education in pursuit of a Nurse Practitioner's graduate degree, also at Regis College. The aesthetic field has been Patrice’s true passion from the beginning. Prior to founding Peak Image, Patrice began her career working under a plastic surgeon at a private practice where she spent 5 years. During this time she gained experience with a variety of aesthetic procedures that she continues to provide. In addition to performing lasers, injectables, skin care procedures, and body contouring she also provided care for clients before, during, and after surgery.
After her departure from her previous job she co-founded Peak Image in 2019. At Peak Image she provides non-invasive, and minimally invasive procedures in a safe and comfortable setting. Patrice is results-driven, committed to patients' safety, and dedicated to providing a positive patient experience. As a nurse injector, Patrice combines her mastery of facial anatomy, injecting technique, gentle hand, and years of experience to provide patients with a beautiful natural-appearing result. Patrice is highly experienced in dermal fillers providing advanced techniques and procedures including "liquid rhinoplasties" and "under eye filler". She was voted “Most Loved Injector" by RealSelf.com in 2017 and she was named a recommender provider by the Best Aesthetic Injectors in America in 2020.
Patrice strives to provide you with the best products, treatments, and technology to improve the overall health and beauty of your body and skin. In addition to the dozens of aesthetic certifications, she also is a certified CoolSculpting provider and has performed 1000+ treatments. She is frequently attending seminars and educational courses to ensure that clients are being provided with the most up-to-date treatment modalities.
In April of 2020 , while the practice had to be shut down due to COVID-19, Patrice took the initiative to answer NYC's call for help during the worst coronavirus outbreak in the nation.
Patrice was also featured on Yahoo! Finance, a Fox News Channel interview by Harris Faulkner, The Patriot Ledger, Wicked Local, and a WBZ interview by Dan Rea.
Patrice was born in Romania and grew up in Quincy, MA. During her time off, Patrice likes to stay active, try new restaurants, travel, and play golf. She also is a big animal lover and has volunteered at the local animal shelter. You won't ever find Patrice without a smile on her face.
Danielle Vazza
Aesthetic Nurse
Danielle's journey with Peak Image commenced in September 2023, marking another milestone in her pursuit of being an excellent aesthetic nurse. She graduated from Providence College with a BS in Biology and from MCPHS University with her BSN. Currently, she is continuing her healthcare education in pursuit of a Family Nurse Practitioner degree at MCPHS University. Her passion for skincare and aesthetics ignited at the age of 16 when she embarked on her career as a client coordinator at a Medical Spa.
With over 5 years of immersed experience in dermatology, Danielle has honed an extensive understanding of various skin conditions. Her pursuit of knowledge led her to obtain a Neurotoxin Certification from the Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2021, further enriching her expertise.
Rooted in Milton, Massachusetts, Danielle's deep community involvement shaped her character. Beyond her professional commitments, she enjoys reading, hiking, exploring new destinations, and cherishing moments with loved ones. An ardent food enthusiast, she eagerly seeks new culinary experiences and appreciates any restaurant recommendations. Recently married, Danielle embarked on a remarkable honeymoon in South Africa, a cherished memory with her hursband.
Her favorite treatment to perform is Botox, her favorite product is TNS Advance Serum, and her favorite treatment to receive is Diamond Glow. What truly defines Danielle is her vibrant positivity, dedicated work ethic, and an approachable, caring demeanor that resonates when interacting with her.
Danielle Wong
Lead Medical Aesthetician and CoolSculpting Specialist
Danielle joined the Peak Image team in September 2020 as a Licensed Esthetician. She brings over 10 years of customer service experience, having worked for iconic fashion retailers like Nordstrom and Diane Von Furstenberg. She graduated from Johnson & Wales University in 2014 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Marketing. This started her career in business management and personal styling. This was the start to her skill-set developing in building relationships and making natural connections with people.
Realizing her love for all things in skincare and helping others, she wanted to find a way to draw the connection between the two. Danielle graduated from Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics and has been working in the field for over 4 years. Danielle has earned many advance certifications. She had the rare opportunity to not only get certified in CoolSculpting but attend CoolSculpting University in Reston, VA. Danielle has now performed hundreds of CoolSculpting treatments. As of this writing (2022), she is also one of only three estheticians in New England to graduate as a Master HydraFacialist.
As an esthetician, she strongly believes that educating her clients about skincare and developing a treatment plan is the first step to seeing optimal long-term results. Danielle puts everything she has into providing the best experience and results, into every client appointment. Her expertise is offered in a wide range of treatments including: chemical peels, HydraFacial, DiamondGLow, lash lifts, Moxi, acne treatments, Laser Hair Removal and Sofwave.
Danielle’s approach is gentle, yet efficient and always puts you at ease for a sense of comfortability. Her sole purpose is to bring out her client’s natural beauty and make it easier to feel confident in oneself. She truly has proven to make every one of her clients feel amazing in their own skin. Danielle has continued to further her role as a leader for our growing team by provide ongoing training, liaison between the aesthetician team and other branches of the practice, and provide necessary input for our service offerings.
During her time off, she enjoys working out, traveling, and discovering new restaurants in her Boston neighborhood.
Erin Linnoila RN, FNP-S
Aesthetic Nurse
Erin joined the Peak Image team in September 2021. Erin is a registered nurse who graduated from Boston College Connell School of Nursing and is currently attending Simmons University Nursing Graduate School to pursue an advanced degree as a Nurse Practitioner. Erin began her nursing career at Massachusetts General Hospital, working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Cardiology Unit for almost 10 years.
Outside of work, Erin has always had a passion for fitness, health and beauty. While working and training with a plastic surgeon, Erin discovered how to combine her passions and work skills into a career she truly loved, gaining specialized knowledge in injectables and skin treatments.
As a nurse injector, Erin takes pride in her ability to blend both art and science by using an artistic eye, skilled hands, and strong knowledge of anatomy to enhance her client's confidence and restore their natural beauty. Erin has attended many advanced courses including a cadaver training and an advanced laser training in NY. Erin also specializes in other treatments including CoolSculpting, ViPeel, BBL Laser, Sclerotherapy, and PRP treatments. With her positive energy, attention to detail and caring disposition, it is no wonder Erin has blended seamlessly with our team at Peak Image.
During her time off, Erin enjoys teaching Pilates at Btone and spending time with her family, friends and of course her cuddly cavapoo- Chloe!
Tara Galligan
Certified Medical Assistant, Aesthetician and EMSCULPT NEO Specialist
Tara joined the Peak Image team December 2022. A lifelong resident of Quincy, she has been Certified Medical Assistant since 1994, and she has held her cosmetology license in the state of Massachusetts since 1997. Tara's many talents include phlebotomy which ensures our clients have a smooth and pleasant experience with our PRP treatment. Her favorite treatments to perform are Diamond Glow with dermaplane, Sofwave, and EMSCULPT NEO. You will also find Tara working alongside our other providers to assist our nurses and aestheticians with treatments such as Botox, Filler, CoolSculpting and lasers. Tara started her passion for helping others achieve their best selves right out of high school by studying cosmetology under the Del’Aria group.
As Tara’s career grew her interests expanded into the medical field. A graduate of the Bryman institute, Tara landed a position with a well-known recovery center. She spent her time there aiding those looking to better their lives and release them from the burdens of their addiction. Tara then went into the field of skin care where she realized a true passion for helping her clients. Working alongside a who’s who of skin care professionals, Tara facilitated a wide variety of skin care procedures and spa treatments including injectables.
Tara’s belief in “living your best life” applies to all aspects of her life. When not helping her clients achieve their goals you will find her out enjoying life. Her interests include working out, hiking, yoga and traveling. When you do find relaxing she is joined by her favorite Hava-Poo Louis!
Ashley Rudd
Client Care Coordinator
Ashley became a valuable addition to the Peak Image Team in May 2023, bringing with her a decade of experience in the medical industry. Over the past ten years, Ashley has consistently showcased her exceptional organizational and communication skills while serving as a regional sales manager. Her commitment to enhancing daily operations has been instrumental in achieving outstanding results.
Ashley's expertise in customer service and relationship management ensures that our clients enjoy an exceptional experience from the very moment they reach out to our practice. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her dedication, ensures that you will always be greeted with a friendly smile.
Continuously striving for self-improvement, Ashley is currently enrolled at Quincy College, pursuing her passion for aesthetics. She aspires to further her career in this field, with the ultimate goal of becoming an outstanding aesthetic nurse.
Originally from Braintree, Massachusetts, Ashley spent a decade in Georgia before returning to her hometown in 2020. During her leisure time, she relishes spending quality moments with her husband and two children, exploring new destinations through travel, and indulging her passion for cooking.
Jack Pilon
General Manager + Co-Founder
Jack spent the majority of his childhood in Texas before moving to the Northeast during high school. Before partnering to open his 2nd company, Peak Image, Jack was an agent for cellular providers and telecommunications infrastructure companies. He did so as an independent agent and also as a regional contractor. At a telecom startup, he was the first employee hired and oversaw the growth of the team to 12 members and $1M+/year within 15 months. After he left, he Co-founded Washington Avenue Wireless where he secured wireless property rights to 200+ properties across the nation.
At Peak Image, Jack has led the growth of the practice from the beginning (2019). He oversaw the expansion of the business from a one-room facility to our current nine-room facility and from a two-person team to eight and counting. He believes the reason for Peak Image's success is the core belief that people are the most important priority.

We spare no expense and leave no stone unturned in delivering excellent products and services to every person that comes through our doors. The second is in our team. Our team has a passion for what they do. We foster that passion by allocating resources toward their continued and advanced trainings.”
During his time off, Jack likes to golf, play fantasy football, and travel. His favorite trips have been to Romania, California, and the Florida Keys.
