What is Botox® And Dysport® And How Does It Work?
Botox® is a neurotoxin that is injected into the muscle for temporary relaxation of fine lines and wrinkles caused by age, repeated facial expressions, and overexposure to the sun. Botox® takes only a few minutes to perform, in fact, it’s considered a “lunchtime procedure.”

Who performs the procedure?

What does the treatment entail?
There is an initial detailed consultation with our provider. You will be asked to show some expression in your face such as smiling and frowning, note any natural asymmetry, and take photographs for your own private record sheets. We create detailed treatment plans that are specific to you. The amount administered of Botox® or Dysport® will be unique to each individual, as every patient is different and not everyone wishes to have the same end result. Between 5-10 small injections are necessary, depending on which areas are being treated and your facial anatomy. Each combined consultation and treatment lasts around 30-45 minutes.
